The location was central, right by the swimming beach, and most beaches and shopping centers. The room was absolutely fantastic, and the bed was very comfy. The staff was welcoming, they were always available.

Accommodating staff, fantastic views of the ocean, everything is amazing. 21 minutes drive to the airport, it is located by palm trees.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! the value for money was unbeatable. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the fantastic view from the rooms with balconies. The attention to detail in the decor was evident, making the rooms feel cozy and inviting. Additionally, the location right on the beach was a major plus. It was the perfect place for a tropical climate getaway.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't find a single fault.

No major issues, all was satisfactory.

The free coffee in the lobby was good and the WiFi worked well. the hotel was near a lot of shops and restaurants which was convenient. the room was cleaned every day which was nice.

The noise from the street outside was really loud and kept us up at night. the air conditioner in the room didn't work well and made it difficult to sleep.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I'm delighted to share my experience. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the stunning location right on the beach. The rooms with balcony and sea view offered a fantastic view of the ocean, creating a truly mesmerizing ambiance. Additionally, the staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, adding a perfect start to each day.

The location of the hotel is great – it's so close to the beach and sea which was perfect for enjoying the water. There are also plenty of little coffee shops around the corner to grab a quick bite. The room was large and spacious, decorated nicely and with a big patio to relax on. The swimming pool area was also in excellent condition and the gardens were beautiful.

There were issues with the room facilities such as poor mattresses and old worn-out bedding. some guests had concerns about the level of service they received during their stay.

We loved the proximity to the beach - it was just a short walk down to the beach which was great. The hotel facilities were top-notch - the pool area was really great and lightning at night made it beautiful. The staff were also very friendly and helpful 24/7, and the parking was safe and next to the cottage where we stayed.

Nothing could have been better.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the well-decorated rooms and the beautiful garden. The key location was also a plus, with easy access to nearby attractions. Debbie, the host, was incredibly friendly and offered great tips for local restaurants and places to visit.

The mattresses in all three rooms were uncomfortable, with visible springs and old bedding. We were disappointed to find that the tree-top rooms were not fully equipped for self-catering, and there were no refrigerators provided.

The balcony sea view was absolutely breathtaking at Shaka's Seat. We loved sitting out there and taking in the gorgeous scenery. The pool area was also fantastic and provided a great place to relax and unwind. The kitchen in our room had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. the atmosphere of the place was really enjoyable.

While the shower in our room was a bit temperamental due to recent floods, the hosts warned us about it in advance. We just had to be patient and wait for the water pressure to kick in, and if it didn't, they had a backup system in place.
